SLaM Bethlem Cook Freeze Facility Works

The Authority has a requirement for the Refurbishment of an existing furniture store to form a new Cook Freeze Facility. The works generally comprise structural alterations including replacement of existing staircase and strengthening works to the upper floor; insulation to ceilings, floors and walls internally, as well as new windows, external doors and repair works to cracking located on the external masonry walls.
