Transfer of Care Homes

Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council is to transfer 7 residential care homes for older people as continuing residential care facilities. This will include the transfer of the property by way of a 125 year lease, the business attached to each home and an ongoing care services requirements for each Home in relation to existing residents.
