Mid Sussex District Council (the Council) currently owns in the region of 450-600 areas of green space comprising of a mixture of open green spaces, more formal parks and recreation grounds, Leisure Centre and hall surrounds and Local Nature Reserves and other conservation and countryside sites (including SANGs).
