LONG-TERM POPULATION HEALTH IMPACT (LT-PHI) MODEL

The Public Health team based in Westminster are looking for an experienced delivery partner to develop a simulation or forecast model to evaluate the impact of Public Health interventions on population health outcomes, the LT-PHI model.
