Community Alarm and Telecare Service

The Contract Term will be from 29th February 2020 - 31/03/21. There are two extensions available of up to 12 months each subject to performance at the sole discretion of the Council. Telecare Monitoring Services will be required via call centre to support residents living in the community 24 hours each day 365 days a year to respond promptly to service users who activate the equipment to summon assistance.
