Fire Risk Assessment Consultancy

The Guinness Partnership ("Guinness") has conducted a tender to appoint a consultant to provide Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) consultancy services. This is primarily for the provision of routine Type 1 & 3 FRAs for all of our relevant stock, as well as Type 4 surveys from a later date.
