Provision of Spin-Out Expertise for Learning Disability Provider Service

Somerset County Council is in a system of change for their Learning Disability Provider Service (LDPS) with the intention of delivering the service through a Social Enterprise partnership which is expected to be completed by 31/03/2016 at the latest.
