Supply and maintain a new Intranet

AHDB's current intranet was built almost 10 years ago by an agency as a bespoke offering for the organisation. The content management system it uses is Adobe Contribute, which is now an unsupported package, and holds a labyrinth of content which is no longer easy to navigate with no useful search function.
