The council requires a single supplier to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low rise properties which are managed by NPS Norwich Ltd. Replacement staircases and repair works are required to the 3-storey building block of parades on Drayton Road and Colman Road made up of a ground floor shop and maisonette.
