John Rankin Infant School Roof Refurbishment

The existing roof at John Rankin Infant School is beyond its original service life with deflections and pooling across the roof. There is debris and foliage across the surface which will require clearance before works can commence. The roof drains from external gutters and these will need replacing and repositioned along the fascia boards. Roof lights are out of date and will also require replacement.
