Road Travel Time Data Service
It is the Contracting Authority's intention to procure a rich and highly detailed dataset of directly observed travel time and routing data for vehicles using the entire road network. This will be for all roads in England. This data will be extremely valuable to Secretary of State for Transport and across central and local Government and will be used for a number of purposes.
