NKDC - Kitchens and Bathrooms Refurbishments

This requirement is for the refurbishment of kitchens and/or bathrooms of properties within the Council's housing stock. The Contractor will inspect each property, producing a detailed and evidenced report of all required Works along with associated pricing, and submit to the Council for authorisation.
