The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (the Contracting Authority) is a host city for the Rugby World Cup 2015. It is a requirement of Rugby World Cup 2015 (the RWC) that each host city, of which the Contracting Authority is one, provides at least one Fanzone which can accommodate up to 5,000 supporters.
