Engagement and Resettlement Service

The primary purpose of the service is to engage individuals in breaking their cycle of homelessness and exclusion through the provision of person centred, recovery focused support with the ultimate aim of an individual moving to, and maintaining their own tenancy, engaging in community activities, and employment, training or education.
