Shropshire Council wishes to procure statutory Advocacy and DoLS Personal Representative services for Adults. BACKGROUND The Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) places a duty on local authorities to ensure that every person who is deprived of their liberty by the DoLS has to have a Representative.
