The University seeks to develop a contract for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy Services. In a Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy capacity, The contract will cover a range of projects from minor internal refurbishment to new build project all of varying values. Joint ventures maybe available futuristically dependent on funding.
