The Authority requires the Contractor to carry out Landscaping Works and specified improvements at Meco Memorial Nature Park, Worcester. The public open space (POS) bounded by St John's Cemetery, allotments, existing housing and a recent development at Willis Place is an area owned by the City Council commonly known as Sanctuary Park.
