Learning and Development Services for Carers

Gloucestershire County Council has been providing the Positive Caring Programme since 2011 as a learning and development service for carers. The Programme is: A series of learning and development sessions for carers. An all age service providing targeted programmes for young carers, parent carers and carers of people experiencing a range of conditions.
