Road Adoption Guidance Update

We require a member of staff who is suitably qualified and experienced to be able to assess and comment on the technical Sec 38 & Sec 278 designs submitted to the Council. The assessment of Sec 38 & 278 submissions is to be carried out in consultation with ESCC Transport Development Control Team, the design consultants and safety auditors until such time as the submitted scheme can be technically accepted by ESCC.
