CCS051 Provision of Block Contract for Children with disabilities overnight short break placements

The Council seeks to commission services from one Service Provider who is OFSTED registered for the supply of overnight short breaks in a single 3-bed residential setting, which shall be within 20 miles of the Derbyshire border, but ideally within Derbyshire's boundaries.
