SCC - JW - Weybridge Hub

The project refurbishes the existing Weybridge Library (1,450m2), to create Weybridge 'Hub', which houses the library along with a range of other services and facilities, accessible to all Weybridge residents. The building requires significant refurbishment to bring it up to modern standards.
