Healthy Weight through Football

The Cornwall Healthy Weight Strategy 2018-2022 outlines that there should be support for adults to lose weight. In previous years this has been delivered by Healthy Cornwall through their Healthy Adults Programme. However, this was attended predominantly by women and older adults.
