Adaptation of the former Woodfield Primary School, Harrogate, to create new special school provision for autistic children aged 11 - 19 years

The work includes the refurbishment of the existing primary school into secondary school accommodation and construction of a new 4 classroom extension with ancillary rooms, together with minor external works. The works are to be delivered as one contract but phased, with the intention of the refurbishment phase being completed first and occupied for the last few weeks of phase 2, the new build extension.
