Riverside Ice & Leisure Centre - Design Team Services

Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a design team to provide all-inclusive services, as more specifically set out in the High Level Descriptive Document (HDD), for a new leisure pool and associated facilities including the remodelling of the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre, Victoria Road Chelmsford.
