The Association of North East Councils trading as NEPO has awarded the Framework Contract for Specialist Professional Services ("NEPRO3"). NEPRO3 will operate as a Neutral Vendor Managed Service (NVMS) for the delivery of Specialist Professional Services and Consultancy only.
