Scunthorpe Towns Fund Investment Plan

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consultant(s) to assist in the preparation of our Town Investment Plan to support the application for the Scunthorpe Towns Fund which is part of the Town Deal monies.
