CNTR0010853 - Adult Social Care IAG Web platform

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of web platform for dissemination of Adult Social Care Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to citizens to help meet its requirements under the Care Act 2014. The Council current meets this provision through its own website and Birmingham Connect to Support. It is the latter that is being tendered for here, as the current contract comes to an end.
