NHS Arden & GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry and Rugby and NHS Warwickshire North CCGs ran aprocess to put in place a Social Prescribing Service across the Coventry & Rugby and Warwickshire North areas and a Link Worker Service in the Warwickshire North area.
