The Council of the London Borough of Newham (“the Council”) invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a Stroke Support Service in the London Borough of Newham (“the Contract”). The Contract will commence on the 1st April 2016 and will operate for a period of two (2) years, terminating at midnight on the 31st March 2018.
