Derby City Council (The Council) is running a further competition exercise under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Framework, 2700 Estate Management Consultancy Services Lot 1a-Fixed Asset Valuation. The Council require Asset Valuations to be undertaken for both the Commercial and the Residential Portfolios.
