Commercial Asset Valuations

As part of yearly accountancy practices Advance Northumberland require annual asset re-valuations to be carried out across their commercial portfolio. Advance Northumberland therefore are looking to appoint MRICS Surveyors to provide comprehensive Asset valuations of Commercial Portfolio valued in accordance with MRICS Valuation standards in accordance with UKGAAP (FRS 102) regulations.
