Provision of a Hate Crime Out of Court Disposal Intervention Course

The requirement is for the provision of a Hate Crime 'Out of Court Disposal Intervention' for offenders who commit crimes including: low level physical violence, criminal damage, verbal abuse or threatening behaviour, the offence being aggravated by hostility or motivation based on one of the following protected characteristics: • Disability • Race • Religion • Transgender Identity • Sexual Orientation.
