• Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC), Tandridge District Council (TDC) and Reigate and Banstead Borough Council (RBBC) are seeking to procure consultancy services to produce a joint methodology for the assessment of the accommodation needs of the Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople community, and then the subsequent assessment to be undertaken for their respective Boroughs.
