Community Navigators - Ambition for Ageing is looking for a provider/s of a service to help people at risk of isolation build connections in their communities. The work will target the following three groups:  Lot 1 - People over 50 with recent hearing loss  Lot 2 - Men over 75 living alone in receipt of pension credit  Lot 3 - Bangladeshi men and women over 50 The contract is being broken down into 3 'lots', with each target group considered 1 'lot'.
