Development Consultancy on HS2 Surplus Development Sites and Phase 2b Projects

Following a further competition under Lot 1 (National) of the CCS RM3816 Estates Professional Services Framework, HS2 Ltd has awarded two contracts for the provision of strategic development advisory services as follows: Contract 1 - Old Oak Common Sites As part of this contract the awarded Supplier (Gerald Eve LLP) will provide strategic development advice on HS2 Ltd's four Old Oak Common sites.
