This contract is for the provision of accountancy advice on the financial implications of the company and transactions involved in the possible creation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The contractor will consider the accounting implications of the company at inception and covering the lifetime of the company. The contractor will present their findings within a written report.
