9923 - The replacement of various heating and mechanical works at Bradecroft Sheltered Housing Scheme

The works involve the replacement of the existing underground distribution pipework for the communal heating system, replacement of all radiators in all dwellings including the Community Centre plus a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system for the boiler/plant room and community centre.
