Scope of the project The Cost Advisor / QS will be appointed by the Trust. It is possible that Lot 1 and Lot 2 design teams will be from different organisations. The project is to be undertaken as a traditional Joint Contracts Tribunal Intermediate contract, and in accordance with the requirements of CDM Regulations 2015.
