Approved Provider List (APL) for the provision of Care Quality Commission (CQC) Regulated and Non-CQC Regulated Adult Supported Living Placements for Luton residents who have an assessed need as defined by the Care Act 2014 specifically, eligible adults who are living with Mental Health issues.
