The Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the Electrical Repairs and rewiring to all types of properties operated by Reading Borough Council (RBC). The Form of Contract is the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in April 2020 and will run for three years, with the option to extend the contract by a further 2 years to end in March 2025 (subject to agreement by both parties).
