The University requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out Planned Maintenance and Repairs to the assets as scheduled in Contract Asset list (Air Conditioning, Air Handling Units and LEV/Extract fans), along with providing a call out service to attend to breakdowns, (24/7).
