SOL - Letting of Tanworth Lane Nursing Care Home and the Provision of Nursing and Nursing Dementia Beds

The Council is currently working with a constructor to build a new 60 bed care home on Tanworth Lane, Shirley which will provide nursing and nursing dementia beds.
