Derbyshire County Council (DCC) are seeking to enter into a long term partnership to improve its intelligent Transport System (ITS) assets over the next 10 years. The contract will be for up to 10 years based on an initial period of 5 years followed by yearly increments of 1 year (5+1- 5).
