Compulsory Purchase Resource to support estate regeneration programme

The Council needs additional resource to work with its Housing Regeneration Team to help co-ordinate all compulsory purchase order activity across the six estates and to ensure that all communication and negotiation with tenants and homeowners is monitored and recorded effectively.
