Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint 1 (one) Contactors to support their in-house R&M Team to undertake and complete all work within void properties. The work will include kitchens, bathrooms, boiler replacements and full heating systems, electrical rewires and associated activities including all certification and handover documents.
