The National LGBTI+ Sounding Board and wider LGBTI+ Network will enable NHS England and NHS Improvement to work with LGBTI+ people and communities at a national level, and allow the organisation to hear from a range of voices, including people facing the greatest barriers or who are less often listened to, such as disabled LGBTI+ people and LGBTI+ people from ethnic minorities.
