HCC 06/18 - Provision of Hertfordshire Targeted Parenting Courses

Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) wants to ensure families, who have needs from 'targeted/universal plus' through to 'specialist and safeguarding' column of the Continuum of Need have access to fully funded, evidence based targeted group parenting courses.
