Waltham Forest CCG would like to contract with a lead provider who will deliver a range of out of hospital planned care services (either directly or via suitable sub contractual arrangements) covering the following specialist areas: • Colorectal • Dermatology • Gynaecology • Vasectomy In addition, we may during the life of the contract wish to add further planned care services into scope, such as ophthalmology.
