Provision of Oracle Support for SBA Police & SBAA

This requirement is for an Oracle Consultant to act as a subject matter expert, advising Sovereign Base Area Police (SBAP) and Sovereign Base Area Administration (SBAA) staff based in Cyprus on operationally essential applications currently used for the SBA system.
