18/5 - Provision of Security Shutters

The University of Portsmouth is de-commissioning one of its student accommodation sites. A number of buildings will be demolished but others will be retained on site as empty properties. The empty properties will have services disconnected and all loose furniture and fittings removed. The void period is likely to be for an extended time.
